Recognized as a veteran in the field of Software Quality Assurance & CAD Systems, Radha has a rich experience of working with the top international companies in the CAD & Engineering domains including Kirloskar Oil Engines, Neilsoft/Autodesk, Geometric Software, 3dPLM Software, SolidWorks/Dassault Systemes, and Onshape/PTC. Spearheading various departments such as Software QA, Automation and Development Tools, he acquired 360 degrees of techno-functional and domain expertise.
Always game for adventure, he ventured into entrepreneurship. He believed that when technology and talent comes together, geography doesn't matter. In 2015, Radha decided to start Everglades Technologies (later renamed to Crusoe) in a less known, small place called Tanuku in Andhra Pradesh, India.
By leveraging Cloud Technology and hiring the right talent from remote locations in the state, he has carefully built an extremely dynamic and sound team that includes technical as well as subject matter experts. Later he expanded the operations to Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad, India.
